She started Pole Dancing in 2014 and fell in love with Exotic Pole Dance in 2016. She has been teaching and competing worldwide since 2017. She aims to inspire students to build confidence and embrace femininity and Elegance through the art of Pole Dancing.

She is a Certified Pilates and Yoga Instructor ,currently living in Hong Kong!
As a Professional Pole Dancer, she has taught pole dancing to adults and kids and yoga to the elderly for over seven years. It is where she established her passion for teaching movement.
With over 10 years of competitive dancing, she has many old injuries. I discovered that Pilates offers numerous benefits for dancers, whether it be rehabilitation after injury, working towards strength goals, or injury prevention.
She obtained a Pilates Instructor qualification and started teaching Pilates. She believes that Finding forms of movement that improve stability, flexibility, strength, body awareness, and coordination is the foundation for a healthy life.
She has always had a passion for movement, and she loves being able to share that passion with others. She believes in finding forms of movement that feel good for your body and soul, and she hopes that through her classes, she can guide you to your best-feeling self!
